Founder and CEO
Alex has dedicated her career to helping people discover better ways to work. As a former civil rights investigator and mediator, she's led investigations, training, and compliance programs across government, higher ed, and enterprise for workforces of 50 to 50,000 employees. Alex has heard over 2500 employees' stories about inequity or mistreatment at work, resolved hundreds of cases of harassment and discrimination, and trained 250 nonprofits, Fortune 500s, and small businesses on harassment prevention and investigations.
